Return Policy

GMETRIX will accept products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the access code(s) have not been redeemed.

Once activated, all digital product sales are final and cannot be returned. Digital products, including practice exams and learning products, expire twelve months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product description.

In the event that a digital product fails to function properly due to a verifiable technical error caused by GMetrix or our delivery systems (not including failure to meet specified minimum technical requirements or restrictions placed upon the user’s environment such as network firewalls, antivirus software, or restrictive account management permissions), GMetrix may, at its sole discretion, replace, refund, or extend access to the digital product.

Exchange Policy

GMETRIX products may be exchanged up to 6 months from the date of purchase, provided the product was not activated.
